Abstract
For the non-axisymmetric heat exchanger,the simplified model based on MPC technology is established.The model is composed of solid element and shell element,the constraint equation is established at the connecting surface between different elements by multipoint constraint(MPC).Two models,namely solid element model and simplified model,are used for the non-axisymmetric heat exchanger's temperature field analysis and the stress field analysis.The result shows that the simplified model can not only reduce the scale of calculation,but also has high accuracy.By comparing the analysis results of two models,the feasibility and accuracy of the simplified method are verified.The analysis method can provide some references for the simplified analysis of the large heat exchanger.关键词
