燃气PE管道安全状况等级评定初探
First Exploration on Class of Safety Condition for Gas PE Pipeline

Abstract
As a kind of pipeline widely used in the gas transportation of towns and cities,polyethylene (PE) pipeline is accident-prone and causes disastrous consequences in the process of design,manufacture,buried,transportation and operation.For the current safety management situation of gas PE pipelines,learning from the class of safety condition for the pressure vessel and industrial pipeline,the safety condition of gas PE pipeline was studied.Firstly,the main risk factors of the urban gas PE pipeline were analyzed.Then,according to the results of the pipeline caused by risk factors,the comprehensive inspection was carried out.And through the results of the comprehensive inspection,the class of safety condition for the pipeline was assessed from the surrounding environment,material conditions,pipeline connection,crack,corrosion and so on.Finally,the assessment results was applied in a city gas PE pipeline and the class of safety condition for this pipeline was 1.8 class,which accords with the real condition.关键词
