摘要
Abstract
At present, the safety problem of textile chemicals is still one of main obstacles to the innova-tional drive and the transformation of the form of development in the textile chemicals industry and the dyeing and finishing industry. The recent developments in prohibited and restricted textile chemicals in 2017 on the in-ternational market were described from 7 respects, that is new SVHC, the new changes of STANDARD 100 by OEKO- TEX, the new LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO- TEX, stricter moral standard of restricted substanc-es, new RSL (AAFA), new increased restricted provisions in REACH law etc. It can be seen that a serious of measures were taken to support the goal of zero discharge of hazardous chemicals by 2020 and detox action.关键词
