盐酸伊立替康联合顺铂治疗老年宫颈癌的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of irinotecan hydrochloride combined with cisplatin in the treatment of senile cervical cancer.Methods Eighty-six cases of elderly patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups(43 cases/each group).Group A was given irinotecan hydrochloride combined with cisplatin treatment,while the group B was given an intravenous infusion of cisplatin.The treatment effect,the serum levels of B-cell lymphma 2 protein (Bcl-2) and the metastasis associated gene (MACC1) protein before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were detected and compared.Results The total efficiency in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of Bcl-2 and MACC1 between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The levels of Bcl-2 and MACC1 in Group A were significantly decreased after treatment (P＜0.05),and they were significantly lower than those in Group B(P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate in Group A was significantly lower than that in Group B (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of irinotecan hydrochloride combined with cisplatin for the treatment of senile cervical cancer can inhibit the expression of Bcl-2 and MACC1 and improve the therapeutic efficacy with less adverse reaction.The method is safe and effective and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
