轻中度颅脑损伤患者创伤后成长与应对方式的关系研究
A study of the Relations between the Post-traumatic Growth and Simple Coping Styles of Patients with Mild to Moderate Craniocerebral Injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between post-traumatic growth(PTG) and simple coping styles.Methods By convenientce sampling methods,120 mild to moderate head-injured patients were investigated by filling out a questionnaire of PTG Inventory and a Simple Coping Questionnaire.SPSS17.0 software was used to input data and perform statistical analysis.Results The total score of PTG was (61.87±7.67) points.The difference was statistically significant between patients with moderate injury and slight injury.Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a moderate positive correlation between posttraumatic growth and positive coping (r=0.382,P＜0.001).By regression analysis,coping style can predict post-traumatic growth,the general variation of Simple Coping is 20.4％,and the expected influence of positive response is greater than the negative response.Conclusions Coping style could have an influence on PTG,the positive response is stronger than negative coping style.Positive coping styles can promote PTG,and negative coping style is not conducive to PTG.关键词
