微柱凝胶法在输血相容性试验中的应用分析

Abstract
objective :To investigate the clinical value of micro column gel method in blood transfusion compatibility before transfusion, so as to ensure the safety of clinical transfusion.Methods 1589 cases of blood samples in our hospital to crossmatch in March 2016 to June 2016 within the past three months, compatibility test, cross matching of blood while using microcolumn gel Coombs method and saline tube method.Results 9 patients (0.56%) were not matched by micro column gel method, and 2 cases (0.12%) were not matched by salt tube test.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion the micro gel method in the detection of blood transfusion compatibility, has important significance for guaranteeing the safety of blood transfusion patients, and has the advantages of simple operation, stable result, high sensitivity, is the preferred method for blood transfusion compatibility testing.关键词
