Abstract
objective: To study the effect of psychological intervention on smoking addicts in schizophrenia during convalescence.Methods: 74 patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups: the study group and the control group (n =37).The control group, given routine care, study group, in the routine care at the same time, strengthen the psychological intervention, comparative analysis of clinical nursing effect.Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in nicotine dependence between the two groups (P> 0.05).After treatment, the dependence of nicotine in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).Compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).The quality of life was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Compared with the control group, the study group was 94.6% in the study group and 81.1% in the control group, the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: schizophrenia, smoking dependence, recovery period, emphasizing psychological intervention, the effect is significant, with the promotion value.关键词
