Abstract
objective:To investigate the effect of Hydroxyethyl Starch 130/0.4 and Electrolyte Injection on hemorrhagic shock patients homeostasis and inflammatory factors.Methods: in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were a total of 84 cases of hemorrhagic shock patients, which were randomly divided into control group and study group, the control group was given hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 Sodium Chloride Solution recovery, the research group for Hydroxyethyl Starch 130/0.4 and Electrolyte Injection recovery, observation and comparison of two groups of patients in the steady state and dynamic change of inflammatory factors.Results: the study group after resuscitation, pH, blood lactic acid and residual alkali and improve the situation In the control group, Na+, Cl-lower than the control group, while TNF-alpha, IL-6 and D-two dimer levels were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Hydroxyethyl Starch 130/0.4 and Electrolyte Injection was to hemorrhagic shock in patients with stable environment to maintain and reduce inflammatory response level.关键词
