西南地区汉族人群阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与瘦素受体基因Lys109Arg多态性的相关性研究

Abstract
objective:To study the leptin receptor(leptinreceptor, LepR)Lys109Arg gene polymorphism in the han people in southwest China with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom (OSAHS).Methods Using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method, Lys109Arg polymorphisms of the genes were determined in 215 cases of han population in southwest (including 116 cases of OSAHS group and 99 cases of control group).Determination of body mass index (BMI),neck circumference (NC)and waist circumference (WC) were carried out.Results (1) There was no statistical significance in GG, AA and GA genotype frequency between OSAHS group and the control group (P > 0.05).(2) There was statistical significance in BMI, WC, and NC between OSAHS patients with GG and (AA+GA)genotypes.(P < 0.05).Conclusions The leptin receptor genotypes Lys109Arg polymorphism has nothing to do with the onset of OSAHS in han people in southwest of China, but GG genotype may be easily involved in the occurrence of obesity compared with (GA+AA) genotypes.关键词
