Study on health management compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia in health examination

Abstract
objective :To analyze the methods and measures of health management compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia during the process of physical examination.Methods 88 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study.All patients were followed up for ten to 12 months.All patients were compared with those of patients with type 2 diabetes before and after administration.Results The relevant indicators of patients before and after intervention were compared after intervention before the relevant indicators of patients and intervention significantly difference, P < 0.05, to compare the compliance of patients before and after the intervention, after the intervention than before intervention, P < 0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion for patients with type 2 diabetes dyslipidemia, for patients with health management can effectively improve patient compliance management, improve the related indexes of patients, control the disease spread, and also has a certain value for the control of complications.关键词
