浅析血清胱抑素C与尿微量白蛋白联合检测在糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中的临床应用

Abstract
objective :To study the clinical value of combined detection of urinary microalbumin (U-mAlb) and serum cystatin C (Cys-C) in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy (DM).Methods the early diabetic group, diabetic nephropathy group and healthy control group, the three groups were measured serum cystatin C, urinary albumin, serum urea nitrogen and creatinine concentrations and statistical analysis of test results.Results the positive rate of microalbuminuria and serum cystatin C in early diabetic group and diabetic nephropathy group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (P<0.05).Conclusion the combined detection of urinary microalbumin and serum cystatin C has important clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.关键词
