Abstract
objective: To explore the observation and nursing care of children with secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) treated by minimally invasive percutaneous closure.Methods in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were 20 cases of children with congenital heart disease, were ASD, treated by transthoracic minimally invasive interventional treatment, the risk factors for common complications in children with postoperative nursing intervention.Results the targeted nursing has a significant effect on the recovery of the disease, and can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications.Septal defect closure in the treatment of pediatric secundum atrial conclusions transthoracic minimally invasive intervention (ASD) with high success rate, little trauma, effective nursing intervention in children with clinical can promote rapid rehabilitation, reduce hospitalization time.关键词
