Abstract
Objective: to study the application effect in the operating room management evaluation of fine management.Selection methods: between January 2017 and April 2017 in our hospital during the period of in patients undergoing surgery for 400 cases, 400 cases accepted surgery patients were randomly assigned, will be divided into two groups, control group and experimental group respectively, and the control group 200 examples, the experimental group 200 cases, control group patients' routine management, and gives the experimental group, patients of fine management of the experimental group and control group in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results: in terms of satisfaction, satisfaction rate is significantly higher than the control group, experimental group patients in the two groups in terms of satisfaction is more significant difference, statistically significant, P < 0.05;In the operation safety, experimental operation safety factor is significantly higher than the control group, two groups of patients in surgical margin and risk rate is more significant difference, statistically significant, P < 0.05).Conclusion: the elaborating management method is applied to the operating room management, not only can improve the satisfaction of patients, also can reduce the risks of surgery, improve the safety in the process of surgical treatment, moreover through the effective implement of fine management mode can effectively promote the technology level of nursing staff and professional quality, operating room management way, the application of fine management can be applied.关键词
