Upward Social Comparison in Social Network Site and Depression: Mediating of Social Anxiety
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship among upward social comparison in social network site,social anxiety and depression in adolescents.Methods:A sample of 836 adolescents was recruited in the study to complete the questionnaires about SNS upward social comparison,social anxiety and depression.Results:①SNS upward social comparison,social anxiety and depression were significantly and positively correlated with each other.②SNS upward social comparison affected depression through the mediating role of social anxiety.Conclusion:Social anxiety partially mediates the relationship between SNS upward social comparison and depression.关键词
