Abstract
Objective This paper analyzed the causes of facial aging with the facial and revealed the anatomy of facial lifting site, in order to provide the theoretical basis for the younger facial operation. To discusses the clinical application of endoscopic assisted descending double plane facial enhancement. Methods We analyzed the causes of facial aging with the facial anatomy and revealed advantages of the double plane. We selected 53 cases of clinical data which operated facial lift by linear materials, and retrospectively analyzed operability, practicability and advantages of linear material in facial lift. Results On the basis of facial anatomy structure characteristics, we did linear facial lift assisted by endoscope. Follow-up of 10 months, the patient's ptosis of nasal lip and facial were significantly improved. The facial swelling partially subsided after the operation. After 6 months, because fiber tissue hyperplasia shrinks, facial appearance appears to have ascend phenomenon, facial rejuvenation was satisfactory. There is no such complication as local hematoma, infection and nerve damage. Conclusion Combined with facial anatomical structure, choose suitable linear material, operate facial lift by endoscope, with a small surgical trauma and short recovery time, can achieve perfect effect.关键词
