内窥镜辅助双平面假体隆乳的临床应用探讨

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical results of dual-plane silicone implant mammaplasty augmentation with endoscopy assistant. Methods There were 206 cases in this study. After general anesthesia, dissected the pocket beneath pectroralis major with endoscopy through transaxillary incision, cut through some strips of muscle fiber at the insertion point to create the dual plane, inserted the implants after the pockets were done. Results There were 206 cases in the study and 123 cases were followed up. The follow up time lasted 1-48 months. Most of the patients satisfied with the results. Capsule contracture of Baker Ⅱ happened in 9 cases, Baker Ⅲ happened in 2 cases, and no Baker Ⅳ in this study. The rate of capsule contracture was 5.3%. There was no revision case. Conclusion The method of endoscopy-assistant transaxillary dual plane mammaplasty augmentation is an more effective and safer technique, with the advantages of less visible incision scar, direct and wider operative vision, less bleeding, more indications, and less complications.关键词
