Abstract
Objective To research the clinical effect of plastic and aesthetic techniques in the treatment of adult phimosis. Methods 109 cases of adult patients with redundant prepuce or phimosis who needed treated with circumcision were selected as the research objects. According to the different methods of operation with the patient's chosen, the patients were divided into the cosmetology group(68 cases) and the traditional group(41 cases). The patients in the traditional group were treated with traditional circumcision, and the cosmetology group was treated with cosmetic plastic surgery in patients with phimosis circumcision. Compared and analyzed the situation during and after operation, the satisfaction degree of penis appearance after operation and the incidence of postoperative complications in two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain duration, wound healing time in the cosmetology group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). In addition, the total satisfaction of the patients in the cosmetic group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(78.05%,P<0.05). Conclusion Use the cosmetic plastic surgery in the treatment of adult phimosis circumcision, has the characteristics of less trauma and faster postoperative recovery, effectively reduce the incidence of complications. At the same time to avoid the bad shape and obvious scar after traditional circumcision. It makes the patient's satisfaction with the appearance of the penis increased significantly.关键词
