摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the use of Micro Implant Anchorage in distal movement of the entire maxillary arch in the treatment of class II malocclusion clinical curative effect. Methods 18 cases diagnosed in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 of the maxillary protrusion in patients with mild to moderate as the research object, adopt the non extraction treatment with micro implant as anchorage maxillary implant zygomatic ridge area, the entire maxillary arch applying traction force overall to far. Using nickel titanium coil springs on the comparative study of the measurement and model of cephalometric patients before and after treatment. Results All the 18 patients get better treatment effect, grinding teeth become neutral, anterior teeth to normal overbite He covered with profile can be improved; 18 patients were implanted in 36 Mini screws,including 2 teeth loosening, the remaining 34 remained stable and no loose, soft tissue around the implant health; after treatment, after lateral cephalograms were measured in patients with bilateral maxillary first molars of crown and root average distal movement 3.17mm,2.77mm. maxillary incisor crown and root respectively distalize 3.29mm,0.73mm, the above numerical changes were statistically significant (P<0.05); MP-SN hard tissue were measured in average increased by 1.22°OP-SN, the average increase of 1.52°, the numerical changes were statistically significant(P<0.05),the rest of the SNA,SNB,ANB,PP-SN,A-FHP were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The use of Micro Implant Anchorage in distal movement of the entire maxillary arch and II patients with mild to moderate maxillary protrusion in the upper dentition was effective in moving far far through the whole shift, anterior teeth overbite and overjet, posterior occlusion in patients with normal profile was improved obviously, and received satisfactory treatment effect, but the long-term effect needs further observation.
