口服不同剂量普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of different doses of propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas (IHs). Methods From January 2012 to December 2016, patients aged from 1 to 6 months with infantile hemangiomas were enrolled onto this study. Follow the randomized double-blind control principle, Patients were randomly divided into 3 groups according to different doses of propranolol :group 1 (1mg/kg/d), group 2 (2mg/kg/d) and group 3 (3mg/kg/d). Results Efficacy of the three groups respectively were 48.9% and 71.1% and 77.8%. There had statistically significant between the three groups. There had statistically significant between group1 and group2(P=0.031).There had statistically significant between group1 and group3(P=0.004). There had no statistically significant between group2 and group3(P=0.468). There had statistically significant between the three groups by incidence of adverse effects(P=0.001).There had no statistically significant between group1 and group2(P=0.071).There had statistically significant between group1 and group3(P=0.000).There had statistically significant between group2 and group3(P=0.031).Conclusion Oral propranolol was an effective and safty option for infantile hemangiomas.With the dose increase,and the efficiency gradually increase ,but the adverse effects increased by the way too. Choosing the dose of group2 by 2mg/kg/d for the treatment Infantile Hemangiomas was effective and could reduce the incidence of adverse effects.关键词
