Abstract
Objective To study the effect of radio frequency combined with dot laser on skin fine lines, compactness and pores in patients with facial skin photoaging. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with facial photoaging were randomly divided into observation group (radiofrequency and lattice laser) and control group (radiofrequency treatment only) according to different treatment methods. To observe the improvement of skin fine lines, loose skin and enlarged pores, evaluate the total effective rate of the symptoms and maintain the effective rate of half a year. Record the occurrence of complications during the treatment. Satisfy the questionnaire to understand the satisfaction of the patients. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.50%, 85.00%, 88.75% respectively, which were higher than those in the control group 70.00%, 70.00%, 63.33%. The observation group had three skin fine lines, The effective rates of skin relaxation and enlarged pores were 67.50%, 73.75% and 65.00% respectively, which were higher than those of the control group 32.50%, 47.50%,31.25% (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group 8.76% and the control group (6.25%),P>0.05. The satisfaction rate (92.50%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (73.75%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency combined with laser can improve facial skin photoaging, skin laxity and thickening of the skin. There is still high effective rate after six months, which can significantly improve patient satisfaction.关键词
