颌面部烧伤患者预防小口畸形的护理体会

Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing methods and effects of maxillofacial burn patients in the prevention of microstomia. Methods 23 cases of maxillofacial burn patients were selected as control group in 2015,routine nursing methods were adopted. In 2016, 22 cases of maxillofacial burn patients were used as observation group, and systematic nursing method was adopted. The difference of mouth opening degree between the two groups after six months' discharge was compared. Results The difficulty of mouth opening in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Systematic nursing has important clinical significance and value for prevention of microstomia in maxillofacial burn patients, and deserves further promotion.关键词
