1995-2014年艾滋病母婴传播问题的中外文献计量学分析
Bibliometric Analysis of Chinese and Foreign Literatures on Mother-to-child Transmission of HIV from 1995 to 2014

Abstract
Objective To preliminary analysis the research status and development direction of the mother-to-child transmission of HIV from 1995 to 2014 both at home and abroad,and to reveal the characteristics and rules of the studies on the mother-to-child transmission of HIV at home and abroad.Methods From April to June 2016,the global literatures were retrieved by the reference database of Web of Science of SCI,and the Chinese literatures were retrieved by the web edition of Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM Web).The distribution of the publishing year,region,institution,journal,author and keywords of the literatures was statistically analyzed by bibliometrics method.Results The amount of foreign and Chinese literatures was 3 348 and 1 041 respectively.On the whole,the quantity of foreign literature was in a steady decline,and the quantity of Chinese literature was in a wave-like growth.Foreign literature focused on studying on the field of basic medicine,epidemiology and pharmacy,while Chinese literature focused on researching in the field of diagnostics,gynecology,epidemiology and public health management.The number of published papers,total citation frequency,average citation frequency per paper,citation frequency of publishing institutions,impact factor of journal,and citation frequency of authors of Chinese literatures were all lagged behind the foreign literatures.Conclusion The mother-to-child transmission of HIV has attracted extensive attention of researchers both at home and abroad,the quantity of literatures has developed rapidly in recent years,but there is unbalanced development in different countries and regions,and the quality of Chinese literature still needs to be improved.关键词
