Abstract
Diabetes is a common chronic non-communicable disease.General practitioners(GPs) should be equipped with the capabilities of standardized diagnosis and treatment that correspond to guidelines and they can provide personalized treatment and integrated management services based on the patient′s own conditions.Case-based learning is an important way for improving the capabilities of GPs.We comprehensively investigated the personalized treatment and integrated management for type 2 diabetes mellitus on the grounds of a representative newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus case as well as the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of the disease with a view to improving the capabilities of clinical diagnosis and treatment of GPs by broadening their ways of thinking.关键词
