全科医师在优化落实慢性便秘三级诊治中的作用
Role of General Practitioners in the Three-level Management of Chronic Constipation
摘要
Abstract
Chronic constipation(CC) endangers people′s health.Based on CC′s clinical characteristics,status and requirements of diagnosis and treatment,the role of general practitioners(GPs) in the three-level management of CC is intensively analyzed as the following:continuously managing CC in different populations comprehensively;promotively managing CC by delivering intervention services,improving the patient compliance and coordinating in interprofessional collaborative practice;working as the interveners in different levels of CC management;providing a series of services for preventing CC and early management of CC,as well as supplementing and perfecting the aetiology-based intervention;making efforts to early screening and intervening colorectal cancers in primary management;early evaluating the mental status of CC patients and timely offering associated interventions in secondary management;treating CC patients by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in tertiary management.The analysis shows that GPs are of great value in optimizing and implementing the three-level management standards of CC.关键词
