Self-assembly of virus-like particles of porcine parvovirus
摘要
Abstract
In order to develop VLPs vaccines against porcine parvovirus,the PPV VP2 gene was cloned into a pSMKexpression vector containing a His tag and small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO) tag that can promote the soluble expression of PPV VP2 proteins in Escherichia coli cells.After removal of the SUMO tag from the expressed recombinant fusion protein,the recombinant PPV VP2 protein had self-assembled into VLPs.Further study showed that the self-assembly efficiency of VLPs was affected by different pH levels and ionic strengths.In conclusion,PPV VLPs with highly reactionogenicity were obtained by the prokaryote expression system,which may pave a new way for research and development of a VLPs vaccine against PPV.关键词
