Expression and purification of the matrix gene fragment of Newcastle disease virus and its polyclonal antibody preparation
摘要
Abstract
Matrix protein of Newcastle disease virus is a multifunctional protein.In order to prepare its polyclonal antibodies against matrix protein,we cloned a fragment of matrix gene into prokaryotic expression vector,and the recombinant protein was expressed in Escherichia coli and purified.New Zealand white rabbit was immunized with recombinant protein to obtain anti-M serum.The polyclonal antibodies was purified.Western-blot analysis showed that the polyclonal antibodies had good specificity against matrix protein.The polyclonal antibodies is useful for further research on biological functions of matrix protein.关键词
