禽腺病毒血清4型的分离鉴定及遗传演化分析
Isolation, identification and phylogenetic analysis of fowl adenovirus serotype 4
摘要
Abstract
In this study,afowladenovirus strain was isolated from samples of chicken flocks in Liaoning Province by using specific pathogen-free chicken embryo.It was identified by PCR and sequencing,and designated as LN160130,serotype 4 in species C,genus aviadenovirus,family aden oviridae.Multiple alignment based on the 52k and hexon genes indicated that,the isolate of LN160130 showed the highest identity of 100％ with the Chinese prevalent serotype 4 strains.In comparison with the foreign strains,the isolate LN160130 showed from 99.3％ to l00％homology for 52k gene and from 98.7％ to 99.8％ identity for hexon gene.Evolutionary analysis showed that isolate LN160130 formed a distinct branch with the chinese strains beside the foreign strains.The chinese prevalent serotype 4 possessed the unique geographic features different from the foreign strains.关键词
