Abstract
Sj(o)gren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disease,characterized by hypofunction of salivary and lacrimal glands and multisystem involvement.During the past decades,the most commonly used classification criteria is 2002 AECG criteria,and 2012 ACR criteria and 2016 ACR/EULAR new classification criteria had different characteristics.Sj(o)gren's syndrome has a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations.It needs to be differentiated from various diseases,including history of head and neck radiation treatment,active hepatitis C infection,AIDS,sarcoidosis,graft-versus-host disease,anti-acetylcholine drugs application,IgG4-related disease and lymphoma etc,in order to avoid misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.关键词
