Abstract
The hematologic system is commonly involved in Sj(o)gren's syndrome with various manifestations,which include cytopenias,hypergammaglobulinemia,monodonal gammopathies,cryoglobulinemia,and lymphoma.The clinical manifestations,laboratory findings,treatment strategies and prognoses differ a lot.Some other comorbidities and complications may lead to similar manifestations.Individualized evaluation and management are always recommended.关键词
