摘要
Abstract
The evidence base of neoadjuvant therapy for low rectal cancer has been confirmed in a randomized phase Ⅲ study.In the neoadjuvant radiotherapy model is becoming more and more mature applications at the same time,the limitations of the existing mode of treatment and treatment toxicity needs more optimization,such as neoadjuvant therapy,appropriate choice of the patients;how to improve the complete remission rate of tumor,to provide the implementation of the non-operative treatment strategies "wait & watch".It also puts forward new requirements for the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for rectal cancer.关键词
