乳酸菌发酵黄芪多糖制剂在肉鸡生产上的应用
Studies on Application of Astragalus Polysacharin Fermented by Lactic Acid Bacteria In Broilers

Abstract
This study was aimed to prepare of a kind of Astragalus Polysacharin(APS) which fermented by lactic acid and research its influence on the growth of broiler,serum immunoglobulin levels and intestinal flora.Firstly,the preparation of APS,as well as the feasibility of fermenting Astragalus using lactic acid bacteria was determined and the best optimum adding amount.Secondly,500 1-day-old AA + broilers were randomly divided into 5groups.Chickens in the control group were fed basal diet,while chickens in the test groups,based upon the basal diet,were added with 0.1 g/kg of the 20% APS and 0.1、0.2、0.3 mL/kg of preparation which fermented by lactic acid.And the experiment lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed that 20% APS has better growth-promoting effects to the lactic acid.During the whole test period,compared with control group,groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ was significantly improved the growth performance of broilers (P<0.05),as well as group Ⅳ was the best;Compared with control group,groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ was significantly improved the content of IgG and IgA (P<0.05),groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ could make the intestinal micro environment better,reduce the number of E.coli in cecum,and increase the number of Lactobacillus in broilers and the effect was significant(P<0.05).In conclusion,based upon the basal diet,the best addition amount of the preparation which fermented by lactic acid was 0.2mL/kg.关键词
