摘要
Abstract
The medium and small-sized animal farms form the main body in concurrent animal production system of China.The improper handle of manure in these farms caused environmental pollution as the limits in facilities,technique,and funds.Centralized disposal,based a larger animal farm or a specialized enterprise and a network for manure collection,is an important method to handle animal manure resourcefully and harmlessfully for medium and small-sized farms.The aim of the present study is to investigate the current situation and problems in centralized disposal of manure.The influencing factors in manure collection,disposal techniques,and the utilization of manure-source organic fertilizer were analyzed and suggestions were given:the role of local government should be a coordinator for public services in manure utilization and an intermediary in all the interested parties.It is encouraged that to establish the supported price policy that encouraging the utilization of renewable resource from manure according to local situation.The promotion activities for environmental policy and reasonable handle methods of manure should be strengthen.关键词
