Progress in role of collagen triple helix repeat containing-1 involved in diseases
摘要
Abstract
Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1(CTHRC1) is a secreted protein with the function of vascular injury repair, which is involved in vascular remodeling, osteoblast formation and wound repair.CTHRC1 participates in the pathogenesis of tumor by promoting cell migration and angiogenesis.And CTHRC1 is also involved in the formation of pannus in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) via promoting the migration of fibroblast-like synoviocytes and angiogenesis.CTHRC1 exerts the biological function through regulating Wnt signaling pathway, which plays an important role in RA synovial cell activation, bone resorption and joint destruction.In this paper, the research progress of CTHRC1 involved in diseases is reviewed.关键词
