医疗救助对象对基本药物政策的认知与评价分析
Cognition and Evaluation of Essential Drug Policy in Medical Assistance Objects

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the cognition and evaluation of essential drug policy among medical assistance objects and its influencing factors,thus to provide the basis for policy optimization.Method:With multi stage stratified random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1518 households selected from five cities in Shandong province,of which 252 are medical assistance objects.ResultS:Medical assistance objects'drug expenses accounted for 48.96％ of medical expenses,and their family enjoyed a subsidy of 1066.45 Yuan per year.The awareness rate of essential drug policy was 39.3％ and only 8.7％ knew drug zero-profit policy.The evaluation score of essential drug was more than 3,the changes of medical staff's behavior and evaluation of their own medical benefits caused by the policy were less than 3,and the overall satisfactionevaluation policy was about 4.Conclusion:Medical assistance objects'drug expenditure is heavier;the awareness rate of essential drug policy is low and they have high evaluation about essential drugs.Improving the behavior of medical institutions and expanding medical assistance'benefit is the key to perfecting essential drug policy.关键词
