摘要
Abstract
Along with the research of opioid receptors in the peripheral nerve, it provides a new direction for the use of opioid drugs in the treatment of peripheral nerve block. Dezocine combined with Ropivacaine used in peripheral nerve block, synergistic effect can make the analgesic effect of ropivacaine significantly prolonged the time. This paper investigate the pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, mecha-nism of action, clinical effect and adverse reaction of Ropivacaine combined with Dezocine used in peripheral nerve block.关键词
