摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize semi-bionic extraction ( SBE ) of Lemai Granules. Methods The standardized and weighted sum datas of tanshinol, paeoniflorin, salvianolic acid B and dry extract were taken as the comprehensive index to optimize the SBE technical con-ditions of Lemai Granule by uniform design method. Results The SBE extraction condition of Lemai Granules:the pH of 3 boiling wa-ter was 4. 5, 7. 5, 9, and the boiling time was 2 h, 1 h, 1 h, respectively. Conclusion The optimized SBE extraction conditions for Lemai Granules are reasonable, stable and feasible.
