狗舌草的化学成分研究
Study on Chemical Constituents of Tephroseris Kirilowii
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Tephroseris Kirilowii. Methods The silica gel, RP-C18, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC methods were adopted to isolate and purify the Tephroseris Kirilowii, and thechemical constituents were elucidated by the physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results 6 kinds of compounds were obtained and identified aschrysin(1), apigenin(2), kaempferol ( 3 ) , acacetin ( 4 ) , isorhamnetin-3- O- β- D- glucopyranoside ( 5 ) , caffeic acid ethyl ester ( 6 ) . Conclusion The 6 kinds of compounds are isolated from Tephroseris Kirilowii for the first time.关键词
