摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of prim-O-glucasylcimifoginand 5-O-methylvisam-miosodein in Ganmaoshufeng Tablets. Methods The separation was performed on a Agilent Extend-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) with methanol-water solution ( 37 : 63 ) , the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the detection wave length was 254 nm. Results The linear ranges of prim-O-glucasylcimifogin and 5-O-methylvisammiosode were 0. 0646-1. 2920 μg( r=1. 0000) and 0. 0614-1. 2274 μg ( r=1. 0000 ) , respectively, the average recoveries were 97. 56% and 97. 57%, respectively, the RSDs were 0. 40% and 0. 48%, respec-tively ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, reproducidle and accurate, which can be used for the quality contorl of Ganmaoshufeng Tablets.关键词
