摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of the naringin and neohesperidin in Danweiping Grains. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of WondaSil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water ( adjusted pH to 3 with phosphoric acid, 20 :80 ) , the detection wavelength was 283 nm, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of naringin and neohesperidin was 0. 0813-1. 6257 μg( r=0. 9999), 0. 0817-1. 6334 μg ( r=0. 9999 ) , respectively. The average recoveries were 100. 46%( RSD=1. 71%, n=6 ) and 99. 59%( RSD=1. 43%, n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which is suitable to control the quality of Citrus Aurantium in Danweiping Grains.关键词
