Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis, and to analyze the main nursing points. Methods Totally 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given Prednisone, while the observation group was given Sodium Hyaluronate Injection, all of them were treated with articular cavity injection, at the same time, the nursing works were done well. Results 1 month after treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 95. 35%, which was significantly higher than 72. 09% in the control group ( P < 0. 05 );6 months after treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 88. 37%, which was significantly higher than 58. 14% in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 6. 98%, the observation group was 2. 33% , there were no significant difference between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in treating knee has good effect and high safety. Do a good job in clinical nursing work can promote disease outcome, reduce patient pain, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
