米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤200例临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Totally 200 patients with uterine fibroids used Mifepristone in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were divided into low dose group ( 5 mg/d, 65 cases ) , middle dose group ( 12. 5 mg/d, 60 cases ) , normal dose group ( 25 mg/d, 75 cases ) according to the different dose. Results The postoperative uterine volume and fibroid volume in the 3 group was significantly reduced than before treatment ( P < 0. 05 ) , the middle dose group and the normal dose group significantly reduced than the low dose group ( P < 0. 05 );the menstruation recovery of the middle dose group and the normal dose group was better than the low dose group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The clinical effect of Mifepristone in treatment of uterine fibroids is significant, and the dosage of 12. 5 mg/d has the best efficacy and safety.关键词
