摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Saccharomyces Boulardii in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea. Methods Totally 100 children patients with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divid-ed into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, while the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces Boulardii. Results The total effective rate ( 96. 00% ) , antidiarrheal time ( 3. 54 ± 1. 85 ) d, defecation frequency of 3 days after treatment ( 3. 18 ± 0. 47 ) times/d, defecation frequency of 7 days after treatment ( 1. 39 ± 1. 47 ) times/d, CD4/CD8 ( 1. 89 ± 0. 58 ) , CD3 ( 67. 52 ± 3. 45 )%, CD4 ( 43. 61 ± 2. 74 )%, CD8 ( 25. 61 ± 1. 54 )% in the observation group, which were significantly better than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Saccharomyces Boulardii in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea has good effect, it is worthy of clnical promotion.关键词
