摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Antibacterial Peptide RISE-AP12 combined with traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) decoction on inflammatory factors in peri-implant crevicular fluid. Methods 80 patients ( 146 implants ) with periimplantitis admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to October 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases ( 73 implants ) in each group. The patients in the two groups were given periodontal treatment, hydrogen peroxide mouthwash, minocycline hy-drochloride ointment lien, once weekly treatment for 4 weeks as a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 2 courses, at the same time, the patients were given TCM decoction, 4 weeks as a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 2 courses, on this basis, the observation group was treated with Antimicrobial Peptide RISE-AP12 gargle, 3 times/d. Results After treatment, The PLI, PD, SBI levels in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group decreased more significantly ( P <0. 05 ) . After treatment, the expression of IL-6, NO, MMP-2 in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group decreased more signifi-cantly ( P < 0. 05 ) . After treatment, the sVCAM-1, E-cadherin in the two groups were significantly decreased, but OPG were signifi-cantly increased, and the observation group improved more significantly ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence of adverse reactions in the observa-tion group was higher than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , but the symptoms were mild and did not affect the treatment. Conclusion Antibacterial Peptide RISE-AP12 combined with TCM decoction can significantly improved clinical signs of patients with periimplantitis, significantly decreased the expression of inflammatory factors and adhesion factors in peri-implant crevicular fluid and promote the expression of osteoprotegerin, the adverse reactions are mild and it does not affect the treatment after symptomatic treat-ment, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
