Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Trimetazidine combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 100 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given Atorvastatin, and the study group was given Trimetazi-dine on the basis of the control group. The effective rate, cardiac function indexes, levels of proBNP and hypersensitive C-reactive pro-tein ( hs-CRP ) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 92. 00%, which was significantly higher than 78. 00% in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , the cardiac function indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , the levels of proBNP and hs-CRP were significantly lower in the study group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease has good effective, and can significantly improve cardiac function indexes, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
