Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility of application of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) nursing in cholecystitis. Methods Totally 100 patients with cholecystitis from January 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the obser-vation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was given the TCM nursing on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 00%, which was significantly higher than 82. 00% of the con-trol group (χ2=5. 005, P < 0. 05 ) , the quality of life scores in the observation group with physical health ( 79. 47 ± 8. 69 ) points, mental health ( 79. 56 ± 8. 21 ) points, material life ( 78. 16 ± 9. 24 ) points, social function ( 80. 46 ± 8. 95 ) points, which were significantly higher than those in the control group ( t=6. 697, 6. 137, 5. 868, 6. 854, P < 0. 05 ) , the patients′ satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98. 00%, which was significantly higher than 84. 00% in the control group (χ2=5. 983, P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The implementation of TCM nursing in patients with cholecystitis is feasible, and can improve the curative effect, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
