Abstract
Objective To promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs in the outpatient and emergency department of the hospital by reviewing and analyzing the antibacterial drugs prescription. Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted to summarize and discuss the 2599 prescriptions of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency departments from January to October in 2016. Results In the 2599 outpatient and emergency antibacterial drugs prescriptions, the number of unreasonable prescription was 564, accounting for 21. 70%, among the unreasonable prescriptions, the precriptions of inappropriate selection of drugs were 166, accounting for 29. 43%, non-use indication of antibacterial drugs was 150, accounting for 26. 60%, unreasonable medication method and dosage were 130, accounting for 23. 05%, repeat medication were 80, accounting for 14. 18%, irrational use of drug combination were 22, accounting for 3. 90%, others were 16, accounting for 2. 84%. Conclusion The unreasonable use proportion of antibacterial drugs in the outpatient and emergency department of the hospital is still high, management of several aspects should be strengthened. At the same time, the prescription review work should be carried out, and through the collaboration of doctors, pharmacists, nurses and hospital management departments to promote rational use of antimicrobial drugs.关键词
