山楂酸对顺铂肾毒性的影响研究
Effect of Maslinic Acid on Cisplatin-Induced Nephrotoxicity

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of maslinic acid on Cisplatin-induced toxicity in kidney injury. Methods Renal tubular epithelial(HK-2)cells were selected. The experiment was divided into four groups:control group,Cisplatin group,maslinic acid protec-tion group(maslinic acid+Cisplatin),Vitamin E protection group(Vitamin E + Cisplatin). MTT was used to assess the viability of cell. Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)was assessed to evaluate the kidney injury. Hochest 33342/PI was applied to determine the apoptosis of cell. Results After treatment of Cisplatin to HK-2 cell for 24 h,the viability of cell was significantly decreased,the release of LDH was increased,and the apoptosis of HK-2 cell was observed. However,when pretreatment of either maslinic acid or Vitamin E,the viability of cell was increased obviously,the release of LDH was decreased and the apoptosis of cell was decreased. Conclusion In HK-2 cells experiments,maslinic acid has protective effects on Cisplatin-induced toxicity.关键词
