摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the chemical constituents in the root and rhizome of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch. . Methods Silica gel column chromatography was adopted,HPLC and recrystallization were used to isolate and purify,and the structures were identified by physical and chemical properties and spectral data. P-hydroxybenzylmalonic acid and naringenin-7- O-β-D-glucoside in Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch. were determined by HPLC-DAD method for the first time. Results Eleven compouds were isolated and characterized as P-hydroxybenzylmalonic acid,liquiritin,neoliquiritin,isoliquiritin,neoisoliquiritin,naringenin-7- O-β-D-glucoside,ononin,liquiriti-napioside,isoliquiritin apioside,glycyrrhizin,isoliquiritigenin. P-hydroxybenzylmalonic acid was isolated from Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch. for the first time in domestic,and naringenin-7- O-β-D-glucoside was isolated from Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch. for the first time. P-hydroxybenzylmalonic acid and naringenin-7- O-β-D-glucoside had good linearity in the ranges of 0. 129-1. 29 μg, 0. 016-0. 16 μg,respectively. The average recoveries of the two constituents were 98. 47%,99. 08%,respectively. The RSDs were 1. 71%,1. 74%,respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can provide new reference for studying Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch.
