麻杏止咳糖浆含量测定方法研究
Content Determination of Maxingzhike Syrup
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochlo-ride in Maxingzhike Syrup. Methods The Boston Green ODS C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was adopted with methonal-0. 1%H3PO4(4 :96)as the mobile phase,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detective wave-length was 210 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear at the ranges of 0. 0864-8. 64 μg,0. 08272-8. 272 μg for ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride(r=0. 9999),the average recoveries were 96. 75% and 97. 40%,the RSDs were 1. 38% and 1. 06%(n=9). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and reproducible,which can be used as the content determina-tion of the ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Maxingzhike Syrup.关键词
