复方蛤青胶囊质量标准研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard for Fufang Haqing Capsule. Methods TLC method was used to identify Aster Tataricus,Radix Astragali,Peucedanum Praeruptorum,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus. HPLC was used to determine the content of astraga-loside and amygdalin. Results The methods of TLC were scientific and strong specificity. The linear range of astragaloside was 0. 946-9. 46 μg(r=0. 9995). The average recovery was 101. 12% with the RSD of 4. 17% ( n=7 ) . The linear range of amygdalin was 0. 370-5. 813 μg(r=0. 9996). The average recovery was 96. 83% with the RSD of 3. 08%( n=8 ) . Conclusion The method is sci-entific,simple and strong specificity,which can be used for quality control of Fufang Haqing Capsule.关键词
